So many updates!

This one has the following changes:

• Fixed a bug where tasks that have crew taken from them become untargetable (known issue from last update)
• Puddle behavior updated
  • Puddles no longer directly affect boat speed
  • Puddles now disable rowing seats while they inhabit a tile that the rowing seat is in
    • Disabled rowing seats indicated by becoming transparent
    • If there is a worker on a rowing seat when disabled, they are kicked off
